What does the fee cover?

Your fee includes class instruction, breakfast, lunch, and 4 nights accommodation (June 5-8, with Friday check-out). Instruction will commence Monday at 11am, and conclude on Friday at noon.

How many hours of instruction is provided?

We offer 32 hours of training which qualifies toward CFVT and CFVA certification requirements.

How does hotel booking work?

Once registration is confirmed and paid in full, attendees will reserve their rooms with the hotel directly. The registration fee includes 4 nights accommodation: Monday through Thursday night, with check-out on Friday morning.

While a room rate will be quoted, attendees will not be charged for included dates.

What if I wish to book additional nights at the hotel?

This can be done at the time of booking. Additional nights are the responsibility of the attendee.

Is there a cut off date?

The group rate booking deadline is April 22, 2023. Please make all hotel arrangements prior to this date. Once the rooms are released, additional costs above the group rate will be the responsibility of the attendee.

When can I book?

Registration is now open in the Members Area.

What is there to do in my free time?

Gravenhurst is in the heart of Canada's cottage country. The hotel is located on Lake Muskoka, one of the prominent freshwater lakes. There are walking trails, boat rentals, restaurants, bars, and amazing views. Socializing and networking is a large component to our training, with many theme nights and group events geared to making your attendance enjoyable.
